When subscribing to a L’Adoquí product, the Client will have to fill in a form with the basic data necessary such as size, shoe size, gender, etc. to be able to manage the order correctly.

To finish the order, it will be necessary to fill in the necessary information for billing and for shipping. Next, the client will be asked to indicate the payment option and enter the necessary data to make the same.

Once completed, you will receive an email with the order confirmation, as well as the information that has been provided.

Payment conditions

The client declares that he has full capacity to make the purchase, being of legal age and being in possession of a valid credit or debit card issued by a bank that is acceptable to the company. The Client guarantees and is responsible for all the information provided on his card to be valid.

The customer will pay the amount of his order by choosing one of the following options:

In order to exercise this right, within the framework of the bimonthly mailbox service, the Customer must, within the established period, terminate the service by letter with acknowledgment of receipt to the registered office. This period of fourteen (14) days is also valid from the receipt of each box. The return is the responsibility of the Customer, in the original box. Any incomplete, damaged or damaged product with the box packaging open cannot be refunded or exchanged. Since the subscription is for the receipt of a complete box every two months, it is mandatory that the box is returned complete and in good condition for the withdrawal terms to be valid. Where appropriate, L'Adoquí will reimburse the Client who has notified the exercise of their right of withdrawal within a maximum period of 30 (thirty) days from the receipt of the withdrawal notification. The account corresponding to the Client's bank payment card will be credited with the amount debited.

The absence or defect of a product contained in the box will lead to the change of the same product depending on the available stocks or another product.
Failure to receive a box will not lead to additional compensation.
In any case, the liability of L’Adoquí is limited to the value of the bimonthly subscription. To obtain the refund under these conditions, the customer must notify their choice to receive the refund within fourteen (14) days.

As long as the reason for the return is not due to our error or defective merchandise, the shipping costs will be borne by the customer. L’Adoquí is not responsible for damage, loss or theft through the transport of said returns.
